The Schmitt Family and consequently Momarazzi Photography have moved. We remain in Rochester, but we've relocated to a beautiful home in another area of town. We are still busy unloading boxes and decorating. It is a never-ending job. I thought it would be difficult to part with my past home because I
felt like I put so much of myself into it, but I am so over-the-moon in love with this new place that I scarcely think about the old house except for the occasional remembering of some small annoyance that I no longer have to deal with: like a cramped kitchen or a sticky lock. In order to give the old house a proper goodbye, I've put together some before/after photos from the two real estate listings: the listing I bought it from and the listing that sold it for me in ONE day. It is a lovely home and I hope its new owner is loving it as much as I did.

My goal was to create natural light-filled spaces with modern colors and I think I pulled it off.
I cannot wait to take this new house, which was built and decorated in the mid-1990's into our family's style. I am already hard at work on removing wallpaper in my office, which looked like this to start with:
